The Staring

While working on “The Staring” magazine, one of the challenges I had to overcome was striking a balance between maintaining a nostalgic aesthetic and incorporating modern design elements. Since each issue focused on a different color theme, it was crucial to marry the images and text in a way that captured the essence of the theme while also appealing to a contemporary audience. This required careful selection of imagery and typography that complemented each other and created a harmonious visual narrative. By finding the right blend of vintage-inspired visuals and contemporary design techniques, I was able to achieve a balance that resonated with readers.
